100 years of Judy Garland
Today we remember Judy Garland on what would’ve been her centennial birthday. 🎂 Happy 100th birthday to the first woman to win the Grammy Award for Album of the Year for “Judy at Carnegie Hall”, recipient of a Juvenile Oscar for MGM Studios’ “The Wizard of Oz”, and star who’s immortal legacy will never dim. Happy birthday, Roger Rabbit! 🎂 The iconic toon rabbit made his debut, alongside Jessica Rabbit, Baby Herman & hard boiled private eye, Eddie Valiant, in Gary K. Wolf’s ”Who Censored Roger Rabbit?”, published by St. Martin's Press OTD in 1981. It was adapted by Disney & Amblin into the Academy Award-winning film Who Framed Roger Rabbit in 1988. We’re the lucky owners of the original Roger and fedora worn by Gary on the first edition book jacket art.
