Happy 165th birthday to artist, children’s book illustrator, editorial cartoonist and Roycroft artisan, William Wallace Denslow, Jr (May 5, 1856 – March 29, 1915)! He was best known for his beloved illustrations for author L. Frank Baum’s The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, By the Candelabra's Glare, Father Goose: His Book, and Dot and Tot of Merryland. 🎂❤️
